« on: 24 June 2013, 19:14:24 »

Seen on eBay that the Procell versions are much cheaper if buying in bulk , an example 30aaa £7.50 inc delivery... Is there any difference in quality ?

Nope. Procell are for the trade. The technical specs for Duracell Coppertop and Duracell Procell batteries are identical. Get mine from here

Procell are for the trade. Same stuff, just cheaper, and not so distinctive to look at.  Had quite a lot of leaking from both Duracell and Procell lately, so I've stopped using them now.

I used to by copper top Duracell from Costo when they had offers on - usually about 24 for about a fiver plus VAT.

Thanks Rob/TB..

Have been using Babz for a year or 2 myself.. But need to buy some more (that's the trouble with all these electronic gadgets that use batteries), Got a pair of Bose QC15 headphones which uses 1 aaa battery every few days or so have been considering rechargable batteries but the Procell are cheap and simple no faffing about wich recharging, But the price difference between Coppertop batteries is a fair whack thought id get some opinions from other's encase the don't last as long or not as good quality etc .. Will be placing an order now  :y

You wouldn't if they are only in a few days, its if left unused in an appliance that may let them leak.
