Wanted:- Plod spec springs - saloon
« on: 10 October 2018, 23:02:28 »

Ok, failure to obtain MV6 springs leads me to ask the question, does anyone have a set of Police spec springs for a saloon that they want to sell?  ::)

My last set went on Pauls old 3.2 :-\

If you're wanting new, know the axle/spring rated weights, then try Pedders... They must have summat appropriate for the VX/VY/VZ Commodore platform :y

Think youve got more chance getting your hands on MV6 Springs than you have Plod Spec ones, there hens teeth now.

Had you have ask me about 6 months ago youe could off had a Set off a late 3.2 Saloon of mine for free if you was prepared to take them off and replace them with crap ones, that went to the scrappers, as I didnt have facilities to take them off where it was located at the time.  :(

Another sad thing was, although it was on my list of things to do, I had a Brain F@ck moment and totally forgot to remove the LSD Diff and Damper Pads (3.9 Ratio Fully working with about 60K use)  :'(  >:(

I'm keeping my eye out mate, as I run on FL springs on my motor, so always on the lookout for 'spares' Nothing as yet, but I'm looking, would gladly give you first refusal.  :y
