Did I hear this mild cold thing had struck Wareham?  Hope Terbs is OK.  Though, even if confined to sick bed, he still has a meet to organise

Sorry the late reply to this, but yes, I have been on my sick bed. About 7 or 8 weeks ago, I developed a 'cold', which turned into a cough, then I started hallucinating, and running a temperature. Chris got the doctor in, and he diagnosed a serious chest infection. I was whipped in hospital, and x-rays taken and I was then told I had pneumonia. I was put on drips, and pumped full of antibiotics. Finally sent home a few days later, but the coughing has caused muscle problems around the midriff. Coughing or sneezing nearly cuts me in half. Had to get the doctor back in last week, did not think it was a cracked rib, but still the muscles. The good news is he said it will take weeks to repair !!!!!!
Anyhow....as to a meet. Normal service obviously can't be resumed. I am confined to barracks for the foreseeable, due to my vulnerability. Just starting to do short walks. Lost a stone in weight.
So, unfortunately, a meet will have to wait until all this crap is over

Sorry to hear you've been "poorly"  ... only good thing is you didn't actually have bat flu .... so hopefully fully on the mend.. even though it will take a while ...

At least you're managing short walks, so hopefully well on the road of recovery.
