What about this  :-\

Best used coupes: the alternatives

Audi TT

Fair price: £1,950

Remember the fuss when Audi introduced its Bauhaus-inspired TT in 1998? A unique design marked the car out as a style icon, and issues with high-speed handling were soon fixed with a rear spoiler, standard ESP and tweaked suspension. The TT went on to write its own chapter in Audi’s history, thanks to its sheer desirability, popularity and performance.

It’s now 15 years since Audi unveiled the TT, with its concept car looks and striking interior. Yet even today, it remains hugely desirable – especially with prices at under £2,000. Cheap cars don’t get much prettier, while VW running gear means low bills. Even at this price you can choose between Coupé or Roadster models, front or four-wheel-drive transmissions and 180bhp or 225bhp versions of the 1.8T engine.

Piss off, its nothing more than a beetle that's been sat on.  ;D ;D ;D ;D :y

Perhaps it would help our choice of 'motor' if Mr Rog told us how much he was willing to spend.
£1000
£5000?
£10000?
£25000?
MORE.

I'm guessing that, unlike myself,  'old Rog' isn't short of a few bob. :y

Your only skint because you have tendency to 'get through wives'  ;D ;D :D :y

I sat in one at the Mazda showroom while the RX8 was being butchered by the service team.

The interior is cramped to say the least. :-\

Fine for women up to nine stones in weight and 5' 6" in height.........90% of owners. The other 10% being gay men. ::) ::) :)

Being in a show room, I guess it was the really gay Mk. 3 model? ;)

I've never found the Mk. 2 cramped, neither has Mrs. KW. I'm a shade over 6' and 15 stone and Mrs. KW is.. er.. appreciative of a broad driver's seat. :-X

Depends what you are used to, though, I guess.

It's not embarrassing, they are a good little car that gets slagged off by people who haven't driven them or can't drive very well ;D
