Title: TV LICENCE RENEWAL

Hi all just had an e-mail from what they claim is the tv licencing dept. they are reminding me that my licence is overdue . The fact is that the licence number quoted is totally wrong and the renewal date is incorrect by four months, they very kindly invited me to renew it online. ::) Yeah right I'm just looking for my debit card NOT  They even had the cheek to t.m. the licencing dept logo when the genuine licencing organisation don't  >:(

I'm not too happy with the Licencing Dept (the real one). As most of you know, we now reside in the Kingdom Of TB. I have changed my address online or verbally with all the utility companies, South Northants Council, etc, etc, etc. All free of charge. Oh no, not the TV licencing...they charged me £16 !!!!!!!!

When my Nigerian investment  pays out,
 the TV licence fee will be a drop in the ocean
just awaiting the email back to confirm money transfer  :D ;D

Just checked my bank statement....you are right Steve...Licence Plus. Got an email from the proper TV Licencing to say thanks for notification of change of address.
So what have I got for my £16 ??? ??? ???

Be careful what you log on, there are nice kind sites who will renew your passport for you- for a price. ;)

Fickin google again  >:( License plus comes top of the search list...of course. So people just presume that's the official site. You've been had, lad. License plus has just done what you could have done yourself....for nothing.

A £16 debit on your bank statement and an email from TV Licencing.

I wouldn't count on a Christmas card though ::)

Hmmm, I suppose I'm too late to set up a 'free' site offering to arrange car tax renewal for £16 per car :-\ ::) ::) ::)
I could call it "Car-tax-r-us" (Car tax is us  :-\ :-\ :-\)
