As long as it stays on topic  :)

Now you can't beat a "winter tyres" thread,,,, but but a good ol' "white goods thread might trump it. ;D

Hoovers,, buy a Henry.  Look at Professional cleaners use, they won't use Dyson or Shark it's either a Henry or some German make.

2.5-3.0L cats with downpipes are worth £150 a set, 2.6-3.2L owners love em, get set of bosses in them, stops the pre-cat codes.

Hello
I have just been reading something in german about a crank breather that has a sort of one way membrane that aparently 'sticks open' at old age...

Will post the link here  maybe it will work

New to me, someone with knowledge might have an opinion, didn't even know it was a thing.

From the UK, you are likely to struggle I reckon.  Off top of my head, I can only think of 1 person with an LSD in their Omega, and I'd guess he ain't selling ;D.

As Opels in euroland were more coveted than the Vauxhalls in the UK, you might have better luck from the EU hotspots of Omega, like Poland.  You could also try a private message to biggriffin, as he and Serek used to have an interesting selection of parts from breakers :)

Nil stock of LSD's sold last one wee while ago for £300.

I've only ever had 1 of my many Omega with leaking cam covers, this was  on my 1st ever Omega, once the Gorilla of a ham fisted Mechanic had learned the error of his ways, never happened again.

Good point about will anyone be sacked.

The cost to the nation would no doubt have been immense.for the manhunt. With resources diverted, other crimes would go unmanaged or not even investigated.

I'll bet there will be a few early retirement due to medical grounds happening, with a full pension..
