I have form for hand painting cars!  :)

I once painted a mini pickup with all the odds and sods of paint that I found in my Dads shed. It was a mixture of gloss, under coat and emulsion and although I tried to keep each panel one colour it didn't always work out that way.  ;D

I went up market for my next attempt and actually bought the paint.  :o  Woolies non drip black gloss jelly paint!  :)  This was for a mini car this time and the jelly paint was great as the brush marks evened out.  :y  With a coat of dust it looked like a spray job...... Well almost...  :D

A cracking car, great fun to drive, but £16k ! What price nostalgia I suppose.

I guess the price reflects the work that's gone into it, with the new engine etc.  :-\  I love to take it for a spin though!  :y
When you’re here one day you can have a spin in my Evo you’ll love it.

This is a proper project, if you don't mind spending £17,450 on a car with a knocking engine.  :)

I've got an Aston Martin manual gearbox in the garage, if anyone wants to put a proper gearbox in it.. ;)

I'd be far more concerned about that bloody awful body kit that Stevie wonder put on it.  :o

Bit of WD40 and a new battery and a jet wash.

Number plate must be worth£4000

The tax-exempt, MOT-exempt VIN plate is.. which will be quietly attached to a much newer chassis and body that's probably been triggers-broom'ed and voila, instant financial appreciation. </cynic>
