Decent wax and polish will have the same, if not better results :y

and dont use or let someone use any acidic chemical on your wheel paint..  for any reason!

I hear wonder wheels is very good. ::)
You're going to need a bigger handle than that to wind him up ;D

pound shop vanish multi purpose cleaner,elbow grease,wash then polish :y

i got some of that stuff too, expensive but works well....

I use Concept alloy wheel cleaner,available through unipart stockists,its bloody strong though and plays hell with hands and eyes if the spray drifts but does do a very good job on badly soiled rims :y :y

Better with a non-acid based wheel cleaner really as the acid eats its way into the alloy...

Only if the paint/laquer is damaged...

A wheel in good condition should be fine :y as per instructions on all wheel cleaners... 'Do not use on damaged surfaces'...

Gave this a go today. Works very well but it doesn't half give off some fumes. I'd advise gloves as well, unlike me, my hands stink of dissolved alloy. ;D
