Solved my little hiccup 8) two helicoils being fitted tomorrow  :y I say two, as I figured it would be daft not to get them both done...

Just finished scraping the loose paint off them, and slapping a fresh coat of red on... not pretty, but equally not scruffy, and by the time they're baked in dust the runs won't show :-X

To many Omega Estates on the drive at the moment so took the Elite to work for a nice man with an SA80 to keep an eye on it for me when i'm not there, did not have time to fit new exhaust the other day so it has to stay there for a week or two until i get time, next job all disc's and pads on daughters Outlander before she goes back to Scotland at the weekend and only two days off this week ??? :o :o

Miggy got summer tyres on today, handbrake pads sorted - grips tight on 4th click  :y
After that I took her on motorway to test the balancing....amazing, no vibration at all and I pushed her to 210km/h which is not bad for an old lady she is (probably lost half of rust at that speed) and polybushes definitely  improved handling. It's so much enjoyable to take a ride now  :-*

That's pretty good going for a fourpot, even allowing for speedo error 8)

Whenever I go to work by car I give it a good blast for a few miles, just to prevent seizing  :P :-X She's rusty but goes well  enough for a four pot toy

Took mine for it's MoT and it passed :) only 2 advisories...

1 - both rear tyres wearing on inner edges..

2 - slight oil leak....

I can live with both them....

So saving me pennies now to get the full Irmy bodykit painted ready for summer :)

Changed oil and filter, bled the front brakes on mine.

Fitted front polys and new idlers on Pauls.

Ate all the Chinese in Tadley. Made a right meal of all it, being honest. ::) ;D

Put the MV6 battery on charge as i have to move the Mig to get the daughters Outlander in front of the garage to change all four disc's and all pads before she drives back to Scotland on Sunday. All that after a 72 hour week and not off duty until 07:00 Thursday. Looking forward to starting shift again on Saturday at 07:00 NOT :o :o :(
