Also the T/C button was described to me as the 'death button' and he told me to leave the T/C on for the time being, car is extremely lively with T/C on,so happy to leave it alone for a while ::)

;D ;D ;D ;D it does make me smile when I switch the death button off but the tyres don't last long  ::)

I'm definitely in the Miss Daisy club at the moment, this thing is a missile and I'm having to remember at all times that this is not an Omega which by comparison is a pussy cat. It's a bit of a learning curve at the moment....and have only driven on dry roads, but with the weather as bad as it is I guess it won't be long before I have the pleasure of all road conditions :o :)

Have you turned the T/C off yet that really gives a big smile.  :-X

Thanks Al,I didn't go for the colour in particular,it was the low mileage that was the attraction as the car is as new,it's been pampered all its life and only used in the summer months. The other thing was that it was hidden away only five minutes walk from me in a garage and wrapped in two sheets. It's not a project car unlike the Omegas ::) and it's really going to be a way of getting about in the summer months to the various V8 meets which are pretty numerous as opposed to the Omega meets which struggle a bit in all honesty. So hopefully I'll get the best of both worlds as life is getting a bit boring with the shite weather we have had this winter. ::)

Not going to be many peoples favourite colour but the body wrap may come off depending on various factors, later in the year.
Specs are: 6.2 V8 supercharged, 14000 miles, suspension mods to be identified when I go up to Monkfish on Wednesday as it's going for a health check and full service. Can't say much more about it at the moment as there's not much history to go on. Sorry about the lack of pictures but Photobucket is real crap to day.

Get in touch with Monkfish to see if they know anything about it or walkinshaw performance they are specialists in these

Just make sure you get strong panels the vertical feather edge with wood frame are good or the cheaper ones will just bow in the wind and fly out.  :o

Trouble is that the gun toten good ol boys in the U.S. of A. will most likely vote for him in the election. If he gets the nomination of course. :o

Omega General Help / Re: 3.2 backbox
« on: 25 January 2016, 20:41:31 »
I use ETS or Eternal for exhausts. Except the chavmobile's backbox, as it has one of those posy Irmscher ones on.
ETS on all of mine, past and present. Just slap some cheap tat trims on the bit you can see and job done.

Should add, I spent a small fortune on a Longlife stainless cat back exhaust a while back and it was a waste of money - 2 into 1 system that made the performance flat and was unrefined. the £79 ETS system is better in every respect and can be replaced six times for the cost of the Longlife.......

What make was it ? the Janspeed is 2 all through and 2 boxes with 1 large box at back like original equipment
