How do we know? As one of the GRU Skripal hackers exposed by the Dutch has been traced via his passport and car registration with his work address and there are 305 cars on a public register with the same address.

It is like the GRU agents that poisoned the Skripals the special passport numbers have been found to be a complete block of special passports that have exposed many GRU agents and their Western travels, blowing their cover.

Russia might be the best at psyops and disinformation, but their other trade craft less so and their use of 'incrimination photographs' even worse with many traced to old events, different news stories, lifted from computer games or Micky Mouse standard Photoshopped images.

Last week was a mixed bag on progress with the first crash just after takeoff with the pilot thankfully ejecting safely, the first combat mission in Afghanistan & of course the most important for us Brits, the first landing & takeoff trials from HMS Queen Elizabeth. I put 5 Carolina Reaper chillis in the prawn curry I made this evening not realising they are currently the hottest chilli currently available at 1,569,300 average on the Scoville scale. I don't normally suffer from ring burn but I think this might be an exception, tomorrow.

Each time when I get Uveitis in my eyes, I spin the barrel on a metaphorical revolver and pull the trigger where I have a 1 in 3 chance of a permanent lifelong bad partially-sighted to blind outcome.

Last time  it happened I lost 80% of the vision in my right eye and I have now got it as a result of a mild summer viral infection after 2 uveitis free years again in my good left eye.

The good: Each time I get this happening I understand the condition more and the symptoms, can visit the doctors quickly, they react quickly, and I will hopefully have a good outcome. This time I only have the infection in the front part of the uvea and I'm on an aggressive treatment plan of steroid drops every 4 hours (6 times a day) in my left eye for a week, before it will hopefully improve and they will start tapering the treatment. I then have to apply counter drops twice a day for the first  few days to counteract the raised pressure caused by the steroids (same as glaucoma raised eye pressure), which have the further side effect of pupil dilation with blurred vision for about 4 hours twice a day.

The bad: Apart from the obvious risk to my eyesight is that the NHS have no relapse guidelines for recurring symptoms, you are on your own here and last time the symptoms were there and I didn't realise until my eye had a slight dark shadow as it was destroying my optic nerve, hence the 80% sight loss. The problem is that the symptoms gradually come on and are not easily seen or diagnosed where in the early stages they are so subtle. This time: A slight white colour hue with computer black writing turning slightly grey, slight mottling when squinting at a white background, slight noise like a sightly poor analogue tv signal, slightly poorer focus where I've gone from borderline x2.50 to x3 reading glasses and the least subtle of all the symptoms that sometimes during the day bright sunlight or lights have an obvious white hue and white halo around a light source which got the alarm bells ringing this time as this was the most noticeable last time. I shall write to the consultant suggesting that they should provide patients with things to look out for follow up notes as this could potentially save other patients eyesight.

As the combination of problems I have are quite rare 2-5 per 100,000 per year there is very little understanding or research on it compared to other eye conditions and limited unapproved experimental or approved treatment.

Office junior May's imposition of Ollie Robbins #chequers #Brexit sellout has been firmly rejected by the EU's chief negotiator Michel Barnier as unworkable and the only practical solution is what he and David Davis were well down the road on implementing as the only thing that works for both parties and that is a Canada plus free trade agreement. He is only interested in continuing the negotiations on this basis, even though May is trying to undermine him like she did David Davis, the Brexit department, Boris Johnston and the Foreign Office and Liam Fox, causing numerous reginations, by visiting, meeting and appealing directly with Merkel and Macron, which Macron has rejected this week. Even former BOE chief Lord King published an article yesterday on May's Brexit incompetence.

Office Junior May's charm offensive (an oxymoron) to the Tory party has really improved their acceptance of her Chequers deal where 23% who thought it was a good deal in July has now fallen to 16% and those that think is is bad has increased from 67 to 68%.

Where Boris and Jacob have both called her out this week with Office Junior May still defending Chequers, it seems that nobody outside of her and Robbins see it as anything but a dead duck. I can't see how her position as PM is now tenable and I think unless she totally backs down after causing much damage to democracy, the Tories and the UK, there will be anything other than a leadership challenge in the next 6 weeks where she falls on her sword.

A system Google developed to stop their employee accounts being hacked which is now offered to the wider world. Initially to high risk people like journalist, politicians, other elites and celebs. It uses a hardware key a USB and bluetooth version for mobile devices. Not cheap at $50 for the key but it is now being more widely adopted by other browsers and IT companies.

Water retention on the resurfaced track made it too dangerous to race due to aquaplaning. Safety has quite rightly taken priority. Rabat broke his leg in 3 places in a crash in a wet Moto2 final practice yesterday.

As the race was moved from drier July to one of our wettest months in the UK due to Caribbean storms regularly crossing the Atlantic and dropping large amounts of rain, will this become the norm as the track is now unsuitable for heavy rain races or Silverstone make improvements to cater for this common weather, or will they move the race back to drier July?

I'm quite obviously talking about the launch of the limited addition only 40 made Bugatti Divo. A snip at €5m Lord Opti wanted a brace, but with only 40 made he had to settle for just the one.

Close to Lord Opti's heart and like a woman it is all about, crisp, direct handling that rewards the 'driver'.

A certain Mr Vladimir Putin has developed an unstoppable nuclear powered missile which during a test launch unfortunately stopped and is lost. Should you in your travels happen to stumble across the said missile approach with caution as it might be leaking nuclear radiation and contact your nearest Russian embassy to report the sighting, so they can arrange a courier to pick it up and return it.
