Cooked breakfast sunny morning

And -7oC last night. So a couple of poached eggs on toast washed down with strong hot coffee started this bracing cold day. :y :y :y

In Scotland they have something called "Sliced Sausage", the posh name is Lorne Sausage. It's not really a sausage it's a sort of long brick of mince and other stuff, and you just cut a slice off the end and fry it for breakfast. Lovely !

Bacon, tomatoes, Potato bread, soda bread, eggs ( not for me), mushrooms and anything else that you want to chuck in the frying pan.
