I spoke to Mavis, I believe she is your mum, at the end of last week and she said that she had put 10 pitches down for us in the family area for the above weekend. The numbers have swelled a bit and we are up to 14 pitches which comprise 12 tents and 2 caravans. I don't expect many more but to be on the safe side if we could have a bit of flexibility, say 2 either way, that would be great.

As I said before, most of us are family groups and are coming from all parts of the country so it would be best if we could all be pitched together.

One family has a very large tent, 16 man, although they will only be having 5 people in it. Is this OK with you?
What would you like us to do about confirming the booking? It would be better for me as the organiser for everyone to pay you direct when they arrive but I can understand if this is a problem. Perhaps, once again, you could let me know. Another alternative is that I get everyone to contact you direct and to pay you a deposit.

I will be on holiday in St Ives from Friday this week for two weeks and would like to get things as sorted as possible this week.
