I suspect that Rob didn't make things difficult, and retained the stock steering. An Ls engined estate sounds fun :y

Is the car going to be trailered or road legal?

Far from it... but differing approaches ;)

Both cars should be impressive when done 8)

Was saying to BG earlier that I'm looking at.....honest only 'looking' at the Holden GTS, because that for me is as close as you can come to a V8 Omega....I know it's a bit bigger and it's  not an Omega, but hey when you're in love :-* :-* :-X

RHD omega steering box removed monaro rack in place with universal rod column to rack. Subframe modified. Carlton GSI rear subframe monaro diff also modified to bolt diff up. Fairly easy just don't get the time wanted to finish the project off within a month. All rads and air conditioning will be going back as rad and engine fan fits a treat.

No trailer! Going to be a daily driver.  :y

This sounds like a plan......must be quite a lot of work locating all the parts to make it happen ;)
