A bit of cash and a bit of imagination and you can get one sent over ::)

North America is only 3000 miles away on the same planet, not in a galaxy far, far away. Besides where was the Catera built? Oh yes, Germany  ::)

Get the part numbers and get your local Vauxhall dealer to order them in... expect to pay for it though.

Those tail lights weren't well received by the Cadillac crowd over here. GM divisions Oldsmobile & Buick, and even Ford's Mercury had already done it and to Caddy fans those cars were below Cadillac's status level. Ever since the '50 Cadillacs were known for their tall, thin, "Tail Fin" tail lights. The body wide tail treatment was anything but. The FL Cateras dumped the wide center strip and while they weren't "Tail Fin" lights I feel they looked better.
