If you put Mill Hill Broadway railway station into Google Earth and close in, just to the right of the motorway is the white roof of a bus. Drop into Street View at the bus and you will see a Range Rover, a Golf and a few others legally parked as I've described.
Al, was this the kind of set up you were describing ?
If the area where you park is properly laid out, kerb has been moved etc then the fact that there is pedestrian controlled lights there is immaterial. There are lots of examples around and the white zig zag lines are to your right as you park in the correctly laid out parking area.
If I knew how to post photos on here, I'd post an example.
I was on 30 mb until January regularly achieving 33 mb day and night. Then I was "Supercharged" to 50 mb. Now I regularly achieve between 12 mb and 25 mb day and night. I complained, everything fine Sir must be your Ipad.
Possible buckled wheel. My 2000 W reg a Focus was a tremendous servant to us, never failed to start and went for over 205,000 miles on original suspension all round. An excellent car, steering and gearbox were as tight as the day I bought it new.
