Omega General Help / Battery flat, car locked, can't get in.
« on: 21 March 2012, 02:53:31 »
This is for a work colleague.
A mate of mine at work has a very nice Omega, but recently bought himself a Pajero. He parked the Omega up and started using the 4x4. Now the Omega's battery's gone flat and he can't get into the car. He's tried with the key, but the key apparently turn only so far and won't unlock the doors. He said he doesn't want to go through the boot and start destroying the back seats etc.
Has anyone got any advice I can pass on, please?
Thanks in advance.

T reg, 2.0 litre CD
I've only just bought the car, so I'm expecting a few gremlins.
The passenger side front door will lock, but it won't unlock. Gave us a real scare yesterday in Clacket Lane services when the alarm went off!
Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Is that Mr Tetley from Total Carlton? I think it is. How ya doin fella? Are you know Carltonless

Yeah, that'll be me  :y
Haven't had a Carlton or Senator for some time now. I started looking at them again, but fancied something a little later, so I got the Omega.

Hello everybody
I bought my first Omega today, a T reg 2 litre CD.
It surprised me how nippy it was for a fairly large car. However, it needs a little help in certain areas, which I won't bore you with in this section.
I've had many Carltons/Senators, so the Omega seemed like a natural progression.
I'll be boring you all silly with my questions and wants in the appropriate sections.
