Omega 2.5TD Facelift Central Locking Problem
« on: 04 August 2015, 16:23:08 »

For the last few months, my remote has not always unlocked / locked the car first time.  Last week, I changed the battery in the remote but it has not made any difference.

Today though, I opened the car and drove it about 0.5 miles before locking it again.  However, when trying to unlock it again, there is absolutely nothing.  The remote does nothing.  I tried my spare remote with the new battery and still nothing.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.
Thanks

As the you have found, facelift 3 button remotes suffer switch and battery problems. MFL and FL 2 button remotes suffer battery holder issues.

Both are easy fixes
