Well

Having had my guy read the codes as stated earlier, forgot to mention he did pull some bits off & put them back again. yes, I know that's vague, but I know less than nothing about engines. His first suggestion was also MAFF sensor, but he wasn't convinced hence the post on here.

However, since then it's been perfect, so guessing it was just loose or had shite in it?

Hi All

My mig has issues. Last week or so been a bit slow to start, and last few days there's been a bit of bunny hopping. Rev jumps between 1 & 2.5k, no power (or intermittant), stalled twice. Has only happened 5 times in a few days b ut don't want it to get any worse!

Friend has a snap-on Solus reader, returns the following codes:

0172 fuel trim bank 1 malfunction
0173 fuel trim bank 2 malfunction

Any ideas?
