hi guys.
today I had to brake rather hard and a few seconds after I came to a halt I felt the auto box thud in to gear any idea what mite have caused this :y

Fluid surge in the sump exacerbated by low fluid level  :-\

Yeah, I'd agree, it had picked up air, causing the limp mode.

Check the fluid level, as I certainly never had mine go into limp following heavy stops (is there ever any other way of slowing down ::))
