Nah......I'm talking of 'public service' although biscuits were involved.

Besides I'm a sinewy and svelte 14 stone.

Yep....my 21st donation of 470 ML. That works out at one donation for each year of my life. :)

From memory Andy Beanz and Jimbob have donated  a couple of hundred times between them.

No 'fainters' this time so the entertainment was not great. ::)

There's a few things that can preclude you from donating...  like uphill gardening and visiting certain countries in darkest Africa :-\

There is quite a long list of exclusions. Having a cold or flu. A recent tattoo or dental work. Certain medication. Hospital procedures such as an endoscopy etc ...etc. Aids/HIV......drug dependency.

I believe the rules regarding men who either 'take it up the wrong un' or 'push it up the 'wrong un' has been relaxed in recent years. I know there is something on the form about having oral sex with another man. :-X

You certainly need to be mindful of which box you tick. ;D

My next one is on my daughter’s birthday and number 24 :y

The 5 years they wouldn’t let me donate because of my back have made a big dent in the Total I’ll likely reach.

Thank you for your donation as Mrs LD has 6 units in 4 months to keep her alive during the final trimester of pregnancy as her diseased bowel was trying to kill her!
