dipstick tube

is there a small bolt at the bottom of the dipstick tube where it enters the sump. I can see one near the top which is removed but the tube wont budge.  :-\

I'm sure it's just an O Ring at the bottom, after the top bracket bolt is out. I pulled mine out by mistake when I did my stat a while back. Thankfully I managed to relocate it ok.
