That was back when I had a local place that knew me, though. But it's for the BMW, which means they're 19" and (very) low profile (35 & 40 profile)..
Trouble with buying tyres online/mail order is fitting. Most place want at least £15 per tyre (and rightly so to cover costs), which makes it around the same sort of costs as a local fitted price... ...and getting same place to supply and fit helps if there are issues down the line (I seem to suffer from quite a lot of tyre failures).
Yeah, exactly why I used to just get the place in Bracknell to supply & fit - the price difference was marginal (we are talking about a grands worth of rubber, after all) and then there's just one place to moan at if it all goes wrong!
