Well what do you know!!
The elite passed its mot again with a couple of advisories.
Brake pipes covered in grease or other material, ooops who did that then? ;D
one headlight misty( yes aint they all)
slight blow on exhaust, yes back box on its way out , cat back on its way from eternal, I just wanted to see what else was wrong before I spent out for one.

I managed even less miles this year only 3,500k which puts her up to a mere 143,291k

I do like this car :)

BazaJT:
Congratulations on the pass :y I think mine's managed to cover just over 5,000mls in the nearly 8yrs I've owned it.

b4ndit:
Happy days :y :y

Migv6 le Frog Fan:
Well done.

dave the builder:
congratulations on the pass  :)

I've always cleaned examined and greased metal brake lines and the ferrules on the flexis ,every year during a pre MOT check .

MOT testers have a corrosion assessment tool, the screwdriver end is to scrape rust on things like brake lines to asses if the rust is serious enough to warrant a Fail .

I guess they just cover themselves with that advisory note
