Shouldn't have delivery problems with SGS. Their orders usually arrive just as you've finished your online order.  ;)

Pulled the sill covers off...

Found another hole on the driver's side, a couple of patches on the passenger side and cleared the worst of the debris from the rear ends...

Drivers side definitely worse, but both sides have corroded along the seam where the inner wheel arch and floor panels are joined...

Tried their website, no joy for mine.

£29 from dealer, retail. Might see what I can blag.  If I can get 2 for £30, I'll be happy, even if it does mean talking to the mongs at Stratstone...

Picked my backbox up out the middle of the road :(

Anyone recommend a Zafira B Diesel exhaust?

I kept getting MOT advisos that my Zaffy exhaust was about to fall off.  Didn't get one last time, so it must have fixed itself ;D

Worth checking the ETS page? I bought one from them for Mrs VXL's Alhambra a while back and it was the same quality as their Omega ones  :y

Think the problem is going to be removing the last bit of pipe off the next section (DPF etc) not a cheap pipe :(

Simple, its a repair piece:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vauxhall-Zafira-1-9Cdti-05-11-Exhaust-Diesel-Particulate-Rear-DPF-Repair-Pipe/172837954463?fits=Model%3AZafira&hash=item283df1e39f:g:N9YAAOSwsCFZoIT9

You cut the DPF pipe a set distance after the DPF and fit the above bit  :y

Interesting part, didnt know you could get those.

However, as my local garage want £25 to swap the back box....They can do it rather than me spend all day battling in the rain!
