Unfortunately I don't have the facilities to host a cambelt party.  Looks like I'm doing mine on Saturday.  If someone does host a cambelt party later I should be able to help out.  Know any other members in the area?

Don't know any other members in the area, but TheBoy has kindly offered to give me a hand if & when I ever get the courage to give it a go (although I don't think he knows what he's getting himself into!  :o). Timbuk is originally from here & says he'll also come along if possible.

... "Welcome to the club.  That will be 3 quid, and here's your DVD.  Study it well for your initiation test, which may or may not involve sheep, but will certainly involve lubricant, strange metal implements, chanting, drinking, unnatural positions, scrapes, bruises, a sore back, and a very annoyed girlfriend."

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
nah the sheep part only applies if you're welsh  ;)

rest of it is probably about right for the cambelt change though  ;D

BTW, that is a nice Elite Theolodian. Once the headlight is sorted, and the cambelt/cam gaskets/breathers, that will be real good.

Thanks!  Major props for all the generous help, you're the man!

I'll probably fiddle with my light at the cambelt party, although if I get fed up or my back hurts too much I might throw it back together after the belt and do the cam covers at the party.

My sat nav tried to send me into Banbury on the way back?!

Oh yeah?  Wait 'til the party and you'll be speaking real english too!   I mean really, a boot is footwear and a bonnet is headware.  I know people give their cars women's names, but calling the parts by women's clothes!?  What's the windscreen, cleavage?  ;)
