Title: convert my opel omega from automatic to manual transmition

hi  i a, yoel  from   israel, i own omega   2000 model, x25td engine. i am, mecanic,  i like to convert my omega to manual transmission  i need  technical  support

Its certainly been done on petrol models, and may well be possible on the TD. Someone will be along shortly to advise. :y

Welcome.

Not much different to converting a petrol, but you need to source parts from a TD, as the bell housing is different.

I'd personally look into swapping out 428 eco for a 427 one as well
