Luckily my work passes are tiny stickers.

Mine are even smaller. They are in my drawer in the office, unless I binned them during last clearout.  Everyone there knows my cars, so when little Miss Hitler grumbles about unauthorised parking, everyone else gives her a piss-off-pill on my behalf

Not allowed through the security gates now, unless you have sticker in your window and show your pass. 

I can still get away putting the 3.2 in the 'compact only' bays though.
