Not much in it road tax wise, maybe £20/30 or so? I would not limit your car search based on car tax

Consider 2.2 if that's the issue, means you can get newer examples. Has a little more torque than 2.0 as well, bit easier to work on due to electronic throttle body (no throttle cable)

I know of a man who is selling a 2.2 sport auto estate.

High milage (taxi) but well looked after and its nearly all motoway miles.

Don't know what he wants for it but I can find out if anybodys interested ?

Nope. Only difference with "sport" version is:
MV6 seats.
"Silver" trimmings as opposed to wood effect.
MV6 alloys.
Bootlip spoiler.
MV6 suspension.
Basically a tarted up CD spec

Do some quotes, its same engine, so can't see too big of a difference. Its only sports seats, different alloys & lip spoiler

It might have been discontinued but a Select Estate was my first Mig, bought second hand in early 2000 and served us proud for 7 years....
