A lady down our road has one. She's in her fifties and about 5' 4" tall. It looks like one of them scary movie ghostmobiles going down the road, you can't even see her in it.  ;D

My daughter is 5 foot 1 inch and really wants a Range Rover. That would produce a similar image.  ::)

She almost splashed out 12 grand on one early last year, but lost her job just before buying it. She was out of work since then until a couple of weeks ago, but now earning decent money again and talking about Range Rovers.
I told her if she buys one while still paying over two grand a month in rent, she should be disqualified from working in finance.  ::) ;D

Yeah, she had a few quid behind her, but it was getting tight the last couple of months. She was just about to give her notice on the flat when she got a phone call to go for an interview - along with a few of the other 600 other people who applied. Apparently she is very good at the interview bullshit.  ::)

I'd love a range, or f-pace come to that. But the idea of whizzing away £800-1000pcm (if you amortize the deposit) on a depreciating asset is just beyond me.

Having said that, being at Le Mans and talking to a few guys who own classic cars but don't do their own spanner work, OMFG I wouldn't be doing that either!  :o

Seen a few around recently, just another manufacture jumped on the bandwagon my feelings are that Jaguar should stick to high performance saloons & sports models. The most recent one I sighted was a 2.0 diesel looked & sounded awful.
Try a 5 litre supercharged F pace, that's quite high performance.
.

Neither a saloon or a sports car.

3k miles in on an F-Pace R-Sport here.

I quite like it, for such a big and high up motor the handling is pretty outstanding and yet, with the 20 inch wheels the ride is not harsh. It doesn't feel big but is actually a pretty large car with reasonable boot and plenty of passenger space.

I have the basic 180 bhp diesel which gets to 60 in around 9 seconds (they are all aluminium plus a composite boot lid o pretty light considering size), if I wasn't doing so many miles I may well go for the 3.0 diesel.

No issues and there are few known problems since the early builds (if he gets one send me the details and I will check the systems).

Would I buy one, not sure, probably a bit large for out daily needs where an Evoque or E-Pace may be better suited (next vehicle is an Evoque)

I am unable to hear F-Pace with out thinking of the F-Series Canyonero (with the lipstick holder instead of a fag lighter) from the Simpsons ;D

A hoot to drive.

Jaguar need to sell SUVs to keep volumes up or the saloons and brand would not be sustainable (current market demand is for SUVs).

What you effectively get is a more involved drive with the Jag badge over the Land/Range Rover one.

Thanks Mark, useful. Regarding price, he is loaded, and doesn't need to change the 2/3 year old Lexus, but needs something to spend it on. :y

In which case i would advise getting the touch pro with meridian sound as an option (or included on higher spec modeks).

Memory seats are very useful to

Ex management cars are usually high spec :y
