I believe so, wiring may differ though.

Wiring is different, but metalwork is the same :y

There are some minor details that differ. Loom needs to stay with the relevant car. Door cards need some plastic mounting lugs moving on the door as one or two screw holes are in different places. Door strips mount differently. And if its Silver...pre face and face lift star silver are Not the same.

Removing and fitting the doors is the easy bit. Looms and door cards, nuisance!

Never had the far inferior pre facelift, so have never had the need, or inclination to fit the far superior facelift doors to an early car ;D

My car (facelift) is z147 silver. It has had a later z157 silver door fitted for the last couple of years. The difference in colour (on this occasion at least) was so small as to be barely perceptible,if at all.
A couple of weeks ago I decided I would change it for an absolutely mint z147 door.Much to my surprise, the difference in colour between this door and the rest of the car is so great that it stands out like a sore thumb. The only reason I can come up with is that the car it came from spent most of its life garaged, away from sunlight etc. and my car hasn't.
The correct colour door is coming off the car and the "wrong colour" is going back on. ;D
If changing to a facelift door,it might be easier to use facelift rubbing strips on all 4 doors, rather than pay out ££ for one prefacelift rubbing strip to fit to the replacement door ?  :-\

Changing all four trims will sharpen the car up a bit :y

Yes the superior face lift colour coded rubbing strips don't go so well with inferior pre face black plastic rubbing strips on the bumpers.

That's a bit drastic :o

The inferior/superior thing is a banter thing and nothing personal :y

TB has a Mid facelift MV6 and a late facelift Elite. He prefers the MV6 hence the inferior/superior thing.

Some people prefer the earlier cars, some the later ones, about the only thing that everyone agrees on is that the facelift doors don't rust as well as the earlier ones :y

As the car is dark green it hides the rust very well  ::)
