i'd probably get away with combining them by inviting you all to the BBQ, but no way would going up north be acceptable to SWMBO..... I've got more chance of a cambelt lasting 400000 miles

Whilst in Brackley a few of us said how much we would like to meet a few of our nothern friends, obviously easy to say but much harder to organize and find a suitable place to meet. A few ideas were thrown around and Carlisle/ Lake District seemed to be a fairly obvious choice. Would anybody be interested in a weekend meet in this area around June :question

I am up for it too, maybe able to help get the plenum off now ;D

Oh don't worry Mike....  when the time comes, Invites will be sent to all , I couldn't miss you guys out....

(although we don't normally charge for tent space ;)  )

the current garden is less than 1/3 the size of our old one.... (we only moved in october of last year)   so we're going to have to try and adjust our ideas of what will and won't fit....

for starters, my 9m x 3m Party marquee/gazebo thing will now occupy the majority of the lawn space...

We're wondering about seeing if it will go on the back driveway , like a massive version of what we did at Jaime's with our little gazebo-tent thing...

Which weekend?

Just curious, unlikely I'll be able to make it.

The eldest step daughter gets married in Greece so I will be away from the 3rd to the 17th July so any of the other weekends would be good for me.
