I had similar problem on my 2.2 a few weeks back. After numerous tests found Thermostat stuck closed. Renewed thermostat problem cured

Had similar problem with my 2.2 four weeks ago turned out aftermarket lambda at fault.Fitted ngk lambda now like new.For forty quid you,ve got a aftermarket lambda

Hi I have a 2002 2.2 petrol omega with a z22xe engine & manual gearbox.I recently had to renew the cat which I bought online. Unfortunately the flexi joint on the new unit is incorrectly positioned and rattles against the floorpan. The company are asking for photos of my original cat but mine was stolen by scrap merchant out of our yard.Has anyone got or can point me in the right direction for photos please
