Welcome to OOF
Would a 3.2 Frontera V6 engine swap well into a 2.5 V6 Omega ?
Yes would fit, need to use 2.5, plenum, throttle body, and get some 3.2/2.6 omega manifolds.
If the 2.5 is auto, then you would need Ar35 gearbox from a 3.2/3.0.
Cheers Phil - absolutely no problem! Glad to help.
I would rather any parts off my breakers went to fellow OOFers to help keep our cars on the road!
Thanks for the nice comments!
John
That's what I meant, anyway it worked great, how about those canisters on ebay, anyone tried one of those ?Had a Toyota Hiace Supercustom that needed re-gassing, Halfrauds did it for £30 and it was ice cold until I sold it 2 years later, think I will try them tomoz for the Omega.
They don't re-gas just use a tin of ezzecool, take it to a local garage cost £45 at most, sometimes there's deals on Groupon.
Air con/climate is one thing that's never worked on mine and it never will as I'm not prepared to pay out on something I consider unnecessary..
Bit like Christmas then.
