hadmine done at Kwikfit, even though I am mondful of their lack of cometance.  The only reason I let them so it is the fact that they just plug in a machine and it does it alll for them!

Good to see you're back and about....

Went though a difficult patch last year myself hence my long absence (less the trip the sand dunes with lots of fireworks)

I am sure that the memebers here will simply be happy to see you're back so no over-doing it!  :y

Wish I could make one of the meets this year to finally put names to faces but sadly time is against me......

.... Germany meet anyone?  ;D ;D ;D ;D

they sell wine too :y

Sorry to sound like a snob but, as I recall they only sell one or two bottles I would call wine... the rest is just fermented grape juice....

Remember producers keep the good stuff for the home market and export the pish to Britain.

Oh and Phil_her_up, here in Germany I have just bought an 18 x 500ml pack of Erdinger ( a very nice Weissbeer ) for 20€ which included a 5€ deposit on the bottles which I get back once I am suitably sober enough to return them   ;)

18 pints for 15€ (12 quid) and normal price too :y

I dont know what the fuss is about, I run Vista with no problems or quirks!  In fact I am upgrading my XP MCE machine to Vista tonight because the Media Center is more stable under Vista and I have more functionality....

Sorry to sound like a spotter but an air-to-air sidewinder locking onto a ground based target?  Not likely!  :y

Not that I read this drivel but on the Sky News comment they just showed their headline:

"Brown to cut taxes to ease voter unrest"

This includes the 10p tax and the road tax hikes!  Would be great if it were true!

Ah debs you might be able to help me, duck...

How do I say "where can I buy a fishing permit?" in danish?

Der hvor må jeg indkøbe en fisk give lov til behage?  :y

*Where may I buy a fishing permit please?  ;)

 :o :o :o :o

And it that the phonetic spelling?  :y

ø sounds a little like "urh"

å is like the English "oh"

Hv is prounounced "Wh"

G is pronounced a little like a the English "Y" (as used in 'Yes')

Aside from the above sounds the words are said as you would in English.....`easy!  :y

.....seriously though: `never met a Dane whom couldn`t speak fluent English, so you`ll be fine.  ;)

Debs, how could you lead the man astray so? What it actually means is ¨Where is the nearest gay bar?¨   ;D ;D

Sorry Debs ---- couldn't resist  :-*

My wife will surely know someone who will find it useful then (trolly dolly)   :y :y :y
