I would like to make a claim for my burn't out Land Rover and err the other 1299 cars it destroyed and the heat demaged multi-story car park. £10-20m might be enough to settle the claim. :o :o :o

Not a phone call I would like to make. ;D ;D ;D

I'm sure where the car park didn't have a sprinkler system, the car and building insurers will be consulting their legal settlement departments. ::) ::) ::)

I expect the Land Rover owner will also be asking: "Will it affect my no claims bonus?" ;D ;D ;D

When I first saw this on the news I wondered if it was an Omega power sounder that'd set it going ::) ;D Thankfully no-one was injured and the horses that were also there were led to safety :)

I have a feeling, that there might be a few spurious claims for cars.

Given the nature of the event, I’ll bet there’s a few sweaty palms at the NFU mutual this morning!

Speaking to someone I know at JLR this morning, apparently JLR are already taking an interest in case there is any blame coming their way, ie recall that needs to be carried out or other. Obviously, they will keep it quiet for obvious reasons for the time being.

I doubt many of the attendees were from Liverpool.

It was some sort of horsey show wasn't it?  ???

Apparently there was lots of roast dog!  :o  A few survived that were left in cars on the top floor.  :)

Yes and all from cars on the top deck.  ;)

Of course no one would be so cruel as to leave a dog in a car on the lower decks....  Would they?  ::)

Four from cars parked on the roof....two from the seventh floor..and two more rescued before the fire service became involved, according to chief fire officer Dan Stephens.
