Well, the alcohol component in the screenwash will boil off leaving water and a few surfactants. Can't see it doing any harm once it's been diluted with the rest of the coolant, TBH.

I don't think it's safe to be on the road. Nothing to do with the coolant, just because it's a Rover.

I know someone who puts cheap Supermarket CokaCola in the System about a week before doing a Flush. 

Coolant is liquid, liquid goes in the header tank, good enough for me.
