right i have sorted out the head unit(at last!) but now the multichanger wont work!!! the error code is no 2 ,so i keep reseting it and it looks like disc 12 isnt gonig back in properly to eject,although there are no discs in it(?) i have tried the must eject button located on the side of the unit but again to no avail,so i now have a changer unit which i cant get the magazine out of....any ideas??? short of bowling it down the high street.....

Hi,
   I've got the same trouble with my Phillips changer. I took the lid off and manually turned the mechanism/cogs until it ejected the cartridge .

 May work for you.
