I read the Fire Marshall's post (not Steve's!) many times and couldn't find the use of the word 'will' but was afraid to point it out incase I got shot down in flames

You scored an own goal there mate  ;D
OK, my bad, but... It is still the case that it is surmised by Opti that they have been caught, rather than fact that they have been. Which makes the celebration by LZ of the event and the supposed punishment somewhat premature...

Which was actually my original point :P

"I'm sure the crim has been caught... "

Was the phrase His exaltedness typed.

To which you replied, "That's brilliant news..."

Consider yourself educated ;)

That's right, Steve was stating he was sure he had been caught (by what he has been able to ascertain from the police I suggest) but he certainly will not get 20 years! :D :D ;)

Otherwise what is the point of communicating "I'm sure the crim has been caught"??

Irony......Lizzie.....but have a couple of Opti kisses anyway.... :-* :-* :-* :-* ;)

Saying the crim has been caught when in reality I doubt he ever will be.

In fact he may be back in exotic Barnsley tonight with a box of matches and a gallon of unleaded. Unfinished business. :y
