...........................now if you are interested in customer reviews reflecting the true situation, get this:

https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/kwikfit.co.uk

And I would endorse those bad reviews 100% after my many experiences of that dreadful company! ;)

Then you add this in for the true picture:

 >:(

That is what you would call bad reviews! :D :D ;)

Just had another excellent Autoglass fitter. It took over an hour and a half just to get the old screen out of the 190. In the end he had to chop it it into sections. Apparently whoever fitted it didn't intend it to come back out.  He said he had never seen anything like it ::) ;D
He persevered in the freezing cold though, and didn't rush anything and put everything back together just as he found it.  :)
I seem to remember You and I removed an Omega Screen in about half an hour, and we didnt know what we were doing as first timers, and managed to get it off with cracking it, which is always a bonus.  ;) :y :D

Your memory is correct. In fact I was telling the story to the poor fitter yesterday as he was freezing his knackers off and trying desperately to cut through what appeared to be the worlds toughest adhesive.  :D

Did you tell him in a "Why are you making that look so difficult? Zirk and I popped out an Omega screen complete in 30 minutes" kind of way?  ;D

No, I thought it best to be a bit more diplomatic, otherwise I would have had a car without a screen.  ;D
