Watched a great interview yesterday, where Hamilton was interviewed by a 10 year old boy. He asked why he always has number 44 as his race number.
Hamilton told him that years ago his Dad had a Vauxhall Cavalier with number 44 in the registration number, so his Dad chose that as his race number and he has stuck with it ever since.
Who,d have thunk it ?

That was a record I thought would stand for all time.

Me too. Thankfully it will probably be broken by someone who is a genuine sportsman who doesn't need to delve into the dark arts and dirty tricks to achieve success.

Nobody else is close to 91 wins except Hamilton.
The next is either Prost, or your mate Vettel who are in the low fifties.

Neither of whom are people who achieved their success through pure talent and sportsmanship, but neither were they in the same league as Scummy, for lack of sporting ethics.
Speaking of which, I see Ferrari received a small fine for putting too much fuel in LeClercs car for yesterdays race, and will also retain their veto over new rules when the new formula comes in in 2021.
How can they still call it a sport ?

As soon as money is involved sport becomes a business.
Sport is a group of 8 year old kids enjoying a 'kickabout' in the park with their coats as goalposts.
The premier league is a business.
