Ok. Making some progress now. Can those who've posted which day update the list please so i can refer easily. Still need to hear from Ian-D, richardirv, Stuy117 & could Jue & Helen update the list as you did phone but i forgot which day you said.
    No need to worry abut Markey Mark, he's that close he probably does'nt get into 5th gear!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been watching this thread & I'm seriously tempted to blast down for a saturday visit.
I know its a bit of a trek, but I'm pulling my hair out trying to remove the abs ecu thats been doin my head in for months now.

I figure its the only time so many bods that know their way around a mig are goin to be in the same place, So any body fancy helping/advising on an ecu removal???

I dont mind doin likewise on breather cleans etc that I've done on mine already

I'm blessed with easy going neighbours. In nearly 7 yrs they've got used to the landrovers, guitar nights.
   They never complain & i get on well with all of them!

from looking at mine it's in like a half cage, one 12mm maybe nut/bolt head is on the front side of it down in the mess of top rad hose/ecu big thick cabling area and then i think there's another on the bulkhead side unless anybody can tell me otherwise.
i can have a good look on tuesday if nobody tells you before

Right, I've cocked up.... I 'think' I’ve now got to do a security check on a building sat eve...

So, I will either:

A) Come down Sat only.
B) Come down Sat, go back to York Sat night, and then go back to Guys on Sunday Morning
C) Come down Sat, sleep over and go home on Sunday (IF I don’t need to do this security check crap which I said I would do FFS!!! )
D) Arrive at guys late Sat night (around 8-9:00 pm ish) and stop over.

PS: Will, I will bring your batt + Cash (PM or MSN me the total amount I owe you!), Andy I will bring your fleece!

No worries Ian. Bring your quilt/pillows/teddy if you want to sleep over. I've got 3 clean single mattresses to make beds up on & you can shower in the morning etc.

No probs... I aint fussed where I sleep either... Bed, Sofa, Floor! Wherever!   If i'm stopping over! Have to see what I need to do for this temp job I said I would do
