As a starter for 10, has the BBQ situation been resolved - traditionally at OOF meets, we tend to have a big BBQ that we all gather round in the evenings - which helps make it a more social affair than if everyone all did their own seperate things in their own tents in the evenings.

Long Extension leads! Longer the better! If anyone has any which we can use, bring em!   Other than that, spare car batterys for lights etc in the tent (I've only got one, just hope it lasts!  )

ill be having electric from thursday till sunday posibly monday depending on when has to be back at work
so you could always run a long enough power lead to power the flood lights
