Nobody... not even the Greenies seem to question why the NHS uses so much single use plastic kit!   

Think of the mountains of single use plastic waste that the NHS sends to landfill every day, and that's just normally! 

If they used re-usable kit that could be washed and sterilised they wouldn't be in this mess in the first place....   But hey, thou shalt not criticise the NHS!

 Re use, equipment instead of sending it to a company to store at an inflated price, who then charge the NHS again to destroy it ethically, but just send it to landfill, O and charge the NHS again for safe disposal of the byproduct, and then said company goes bust,,,,

 Disposable kit is far more hygienic, one use and it's gone,, could you trust some xxxx on minimum wage to ensure kit is sterilised and repacked....I can already see the compo Sharks circling..

My daughter is an ICU nurse and came home in scrubs that some kind soul had made but, for what ever reason they were made without pockets which makes them completely unsuitable for use at work. She just wore them home after she'd showered before leaving.
