Does anyone know where to buy replacement battery holders for the 3 button keys?

Thanks

yours bust where it joints board?

If so, remove batt holder
Extend the broken leg(s) with stiff wire (resistor legs are ideal)
Resolder in.

If you feel needs more mechanical strength, add some glue.

Or you can send it to Martin Imber, I believe he'll do the switches as well. Several members have used his service. However it looks like he hasn't updated his website for a while, so contact him first. He was and maybe still is a Forum member?
