Return Springs
« on: 18 July 2014, 19:28:56 »

Hi, I'm needing two return springs for my rear brakes. The rear hub gets warm when driving due to one of the levers pressing against it, if the lever is manually pushed back and I don't use my handbrake will it be okay to drive until I can get the springs fitted?

thanks

Are you sure it's not a stiff handbrake cable?

I have never known them get weak. The right hand pull off spring is easy to remove, the left hand is difficult and I usually end up cutting it. Do others find this?
