When we have WW3 loads of stuff suddenly won't work or worse will work how the enemy want it to. We haven't seen what the big players have up their sleeves since maybe as far back as the Vietnam War. It has all been fairly conventionl stuff with a bit of icing since.

A computer is only as good as the numpty who programmed it. Generally speaking, this wouldn't be an issue...

However, the numpty that programmed it, did so to management specs, and without actually asking the end user exactly what their requirements were
