You can't miss this McDonalds Foxy, leave the M6 at junction 12 follow the A5 towards Cannock. After about 2 miles you'll hit a roundabout, McD's is opposite you. Turn right at the RA then left into the car park

Well I made it eventually, arrived about 12:50, found all the cars and duly parked on the end of the long line. Couldn't see anyone so we thought we'd head inside to test the plumbing and have a meal (my treat as it's Mothering Sunday). Goes to sit down when a snotty young girl comes rushing up saying "you can't sit there, you need to book in", now I called the day to ask if I needed to book and was told no. Went to the desk to be greeted by the same snotty cow who told us we might be able to have a table in 45 mins to an hour. We told her to forget it and headed back outside. We hung around for 10 - 15 mins until the noise from our bellies was drowning out the radio, so off we went. We ended up in the Wilsthrope Tavern and had a lovely lunch. Oh well!
