3.2 Lambda Sensoe

Hi folks ,can anyone please tell me how many lambda sensors there are on a 52 plate 3.2 saloon please as I have EML on,and part number if possible.

there are four of them, one for each cat. What fault code are you getting? I suspect that the fault you have can be 'worked around'  ;)

brake & throttle to the floor, turn ignition on - don't try starting it - & count the flashes  ;)

Hi folks,the fault codes are 0156 and 0161,can anyone narrow the problem down for me please ask not mechanically minded and will need to take it to a garage.

Hi folks,0156,0161 bank 2 sensor 2,heater sensor high/low voltage or open,could anyone say if it's a lambda sensor and if so which one,sorry to be a thicko,I know it says sensor 2 but which one do I ask for so as to buy, or does anyone have one to sell,

0156 - P0156 O2 sensor circuit malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

0161 - P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

Thats the post cat sensor on bank 2 (passenger side, easiest one to get to between the small cat on the front bend bend and the main cat under the floor pan).

Check carefuly the wiring and make sure its still connected, you could also measure the heater resistance
