MOT - Woo hoo!!!!
« on: 11 October 2006, 16:55:14 »

Hey guys, the GLS is one step closer to being on the road, it passed it's mot this afternoon with flying colours  [smiley=vrolijk_26.gif] had to drive home in torrential rain so at least I know the wipers work okay  ;)  It should be road taxed tomorrow and officially on the road.
I'd better change my signiture at the bottom as it's no longer "engineless" !!

Cheers Jim

No change there then! The land of horizantal rain!!! My better half used to walk from Rosyth Halt to the married quarters near to the dockyard - she could tell you a story or 2 about Rosyth & rain  :'(, as could I on a parade ground in HMS Caledonia.  ;)

Hi Andy, weird you should mention the married quarters, that's where I live  :-? They sold most of them off years ago so all privately owned down here now. How long ago were you based here?

Thanks to everyone for the congrats, was well chuffed that it passed first time and it finally looks like a real car again  :)

Cheers Jim
